4. Data Protection Clause
Data in connection with your access of our servers are stored for backup purposes, and may permit you to be identified (e.g. IP address, date and time, and pages viewed). Your personal data will not be exploited. We reserve the right to perform a statistical analysis of anonymized records. IP addresses are stored for an indefinite period of time. They are stored for purposes of data security to ensure the stability and operational safety of our system.
5. Information about bank transfer transactions
The data contained in bank transfers to foreign countries and separately ordered express transfers are forwarded to the beneficiary’s banking institution via the only worldwide payment messaging service, Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), which is headquartered in Belgium. SWIFT temporarily stores the transaction data in its computer centres in the Netherlands and the USA for reasons of system security. This is based on a decision of the data protection supervisory authorities issued in November 2006, reacting to the access of transfer data in SWIFT computer centres in the United States by US authorities for the purpose of combatting international terrorism.
