Ellersiek can look back on a rapidly developing career: in less than a year, the former Head HR was appointed CPC and thus elevated to the bank’s Executive Board. Ellersiek brings 20 years of professional experience to her role, in which she has always been entrusted with the development and support of personnel in various companies. For many years, personal development in the fields of corporate culture and organizational development has been close to her heart. Making Bergos fit for the future while ensuring that the human element is at the heart of our bank’s operations are key for Ellersiek.
